Sanjay Gupta is the President and CEO at Minda Corporation and a member of the Executive Committee. In this role he is responsible for Advanced Technologies BU focusing on Hi-Tech Automotive products for EV, ADAS, Clusters, Sensors, and connected e-mobility. 

He is responsible for P&L for his Business and driving strategic roadmaps and establishing business plans & partnerships with respect to growth, financial targets, customers, Innovation, R&D, manufacturing (operations), people, processes & systems. As a seasoned semiconductor professional with more than 27 years in the Tech- Industry, Sanjay started his career with Motorola in 1996 as semiconductors design engineer and since then has worked on almost all aspects of semiconductors eco- system with some of the well-known brands in his professional stint with the most recent being NXP Semiconductors as Vice President Engineering & Managing Director (India).Sanjay is committed to the development of the electronics & semiconductor ecosystem in India and has been vocal about the importance of the government- industry-academia partnership in key industry forums. 

He drove multiple startup enablement initiatives with partners to help technology startups to grow and succeed. He is also a Board member and Chairman of the IESA Executive Council of IESA Executive Council which is the highest Apex body for the Indian Electronics & Semiconductors Association and leading critical Industry charters like Automotive CiG. Sanjay is Technologist at heart and holds multiple U.S. patents and numerous technical & business publications. He is a graduate from Delhi College of Engineering, and he holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.
