In a military career of over 29 years, Col Surender Kumar Rohilla has served across a wide spectrum of operational areas and has tenanted a host of important Command, Staff and Instructional appointments, including the United Nations as a Military Observer in Peace Keeping operations.. The officer is qualified on Disaster Management, Cyber Law, Ethical Hacking, 

Cyber Security and Artificial Intelligence. He is Masters in Mil Technology, Masters in Artificial Intelligence and MPhil in Cyber Warfare. A technology enthusiast, he has used his technical skills to enhance the operational efficacy and efficiency of the various modern air defence systems and the air defence networks of the country including hardening against cyber threats. He has vast experience especially in field of Electronic Warfare, Geo- intelligence and Cyber Warfare. The officer has been awarded the coveted Army Commanders Commendation, Force Commander of United Nations Commendation and the Cambodian Army Commendation.
